I work as a talent agent in L.A. and I travel every year to Spain for the San Sebastián Film Festival. I am used to handling last-minute changes, but when my flight to San Sebastián was diverted to Bilbao due to heavy air traffic, I braced myself for an inconvenient delay. To my relief, the chauffeur my agency had booked for my stay in the city, Josu, had anticipated this possibility and was already on his way to pick me up before I even landed.

After going through customs, I was met by a perfectly composed driver who quickly took care of everything. In no time at all, I was comfortably seated in his vehicle, heading towards San Sebastián. His foresight had turned out to be very convenient.
Once we arrived in the city, Josu was always one step ahead. To begin with, he ensured all my restaurant reservations were secured—not a small feat, considering how busy the city was during the festival. But one detail that particularly stood out was his thoughtfulness regarding the unpredictable Basque weather.
Knowing I had multiple red carpet events at the Kursaal, he kept a large umbrella in the car, personally escorting me from the hotel to the vehicle and venue entrance to keep me dry from the constant light rain. His attention to even the smallest details ensured I always arrived looking impeccable.
By the time he drove me back to San Sebastián airport at the end of my stay, I realized just how much his support had impacted my experience. The International Film Festival is always a whirlwind, but thanks to Josu, everything ran without problems. His dedication and professionalism made all the difference.
