    Our customer support team and your chauffeur actively track your flight status in real time, adjusting the pickup time as needed. Rest assured that your driver will wait for you, even if your flight is delayed.

  • When do I receive the driver’s contact details?

    For Drivania’s top 200 destinations, you’ll get your chauffeur’s details 4 to 7 days before pickup. For other destinations, we’ll send them at least 24 hours before your pickup, giving you time for any adjustments or special requests.

  • Do vehicles bring on-board data connectivity?

    While certain vehicles come equipped with WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, for reliable and immediate internet access in most locations, we suggest obtaining a local SIM card or setting up an e-SIM before you leave.
