A week of family bonding and exploration in Budapest with Balazs

The previous winter had been particularly demanding on our family. We had just moved into our dream house in the suburbs, and while it was a labour of love, it was also exhausting. To celebrate our new beginning, I decided a getaway was in order. Choosing the right destination was challenging, especially with two teenage boys more captivated by their smartphones than anything else. Our week in Budapest flew by, filled with cherished moments and a newfound appreciation for travel. When we returned to Denmark, we brought back our luggage full of souvenirs, but we also carried many memories of a great city.
