I am the CTO of an important technology firm in London. Last Summer, I travelled with three of my most trusted engineers in my team to Spain to attend the Digital Enterprise Show, Europe’s most relevant congress around exponential technologies. The trip had a minor setback at the beginning, when Peter, one of our team, missed his flight in Heathrow. Fortunately, we had booked the services of Manuel, a private chauffeur from Málaga, who constantly made sure everything ran smoothly.

Three of us arrived on time and were greeted by him at the airport. He promptly drove us to our hotel and, despite the late hour, returned to the airport later that evening to pick up our missing colleague. Peter was relieved and surprised to find someone waiting for him, avoiding the hassle of arranging alternative transportation.
During the three days of the congress, Manuel handled all our logistics extremely well. In the mornings, he ensured we arrived at the venue on time, while in the afternoons, he organized cultural excursions, including visits to the Gibralfaro Castle, Picasso Museum, and the popular Alcazaba. His knowledge of the city and attention to detail allowed us to balance work and leisure perfectly.
The congress was a success—we networked, learned about the latest advancements in cybersecurity, and even managed to enjoy some of Málaga’s most iconic attractions. On the last day, while we were waiting at the airport to board our return flight, we agreed on how Manuel’s service had made our short trip both productive and enjoyable.

“Balancing business and leisure is important for travelers, and I work hard to ensure every trip is as productive as it is memorable.”
