Drivania operates the following domains, each with specific purposes:
- drivania.com: Corporate and informational website, designed to attract leads and provide general information about the international private chauffeur services offered by Drivania.
- accounts.drivania.com: Exclusive online platform for B2B clients, designed for the comprehensive management of their accounts, including viewing service history, managing billing, and other features related to their business relationship with Drivania.
- booking.drivania.com: Online platform for booking and directly hiring private chauffeur services, both for one-off transfers and hourly arrangements, offering users the possibility to select vehicles, schedules, and destinations.
- suppliers.drivania.com: Web portal dedicated to chauffeur and fleet service providers who collaborate with Drivania, allowing them to manage their services, availability, and other information relevant to their collaboration.
3. Information on Contracting
For Users who use the booking.drivania.com platform to contract services, Drivania undertakes to provide the following information in a clear, comprehensible, and unambiguous manner before the reservation is formalized, in compliance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users:
- Main characteristics of the service: Including the type of vehicle, description of the service (transfer or hourly service), schedules, destinations, and any other relevant conditions.
- Total price: Indicating the base price, applicable taxes (such as VAT), and any additional charges in a detailed breakdown. Information will be provided on the accepted currency of payment.
- Payment and billing conditions: Specifying the accepted forms of payment, the time of payment, and the procedure for issuing and sending invoices.

Service contracts shall be formalized electronically through the booking.drivania.com platform. Once the reservation has been confirmed, the User shall receive a confirmation email with all the relevant details of the contracted service.
4. Prohibitions on Use
The User agrees to use Drivania’s websites and platforms in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, good customs, and public order. In particular, by way of example but not limited to, the following is prohibited:
- Using the websites and platforms in any way that may damage, disable, overload, or impair them or prevent their normal use by other users.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Drivania’s computer systems, restricted areas of the websites and platforms, or networks connected to them.
