Yuyuan Garden

Yu Garden, aka Yuyuan Garden, Yu Yuan in Chinese, is a classical garden ranking among the must-see attractions in Shanghai. It dates back to the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) and contains all elements that a classical Chinese garden should have. The pavilions, halls, rockeries, ponds and cloisters all have unique characteristics. Don’t miss the following highlights in the garden: Great Rockery, Cuixiu Hall, Sansui Hall, Wanhua Chamber, Exquisite Jade Rock and the teahouse Huxinting.

Shopping at Xintiandi

Once part of the French Concession, Xintiandi is an area offering historical and cultural style, the integration of Chinese and Western urban tourist attractions. The area is quite affluent, and here you will find restaurants, shopping, performing arts and other functions of the fashion, leisure, and cultural entertainment center. After a walk around the mall ask the chauffeur to take you for a walk through the charming alleys of the Tianzifang neighborhood full of small shops and cafes.
