Exiting the baggage claim, we were pleasantly surprised to find our associates already in the company of Claudio, our chauffeur, who had graciously offered them aromatic tea, setting a welcoming tone for our journey.
Claudio exuded a serene aura, radiating confidence as he ushered us towards a gleaming new Mercedes V Class. The fresh scent of leather hinted at the vehicle’s pristine condition, reflecting Claudio’s commitment to excellence.

Arriving at the hotel, within walking distance of the notorious La Scala opera house, I felt invigorated and ready to tackle the challenges ahead, bidding farewell to Claudio with the hope he would guide us back to the airport once our Milanese experience was finished.
