I often find myself jetting off to Italy for business, typically making a quick round trip between Düsseldorf and Rome. Last fall, as I landed at Fiumicino, my ever-reliable chauffeur Roberto was there to greet me. His polite and courteous attitude was a welcome sight in the early and busy morning. My chauffeur guided me through the terminal to his spacious Mercedes sedan.

To my relief, as the elevator doors opened, I saw Roberto entering the reception through the glass doors, the forgotten folder in hand. He smiled and handed it to me, explaining that he always checked the vehicle thoroughly after each ride for any forgotten items. As I returned to the elevator, I reflected on the trust and peace of mind Roberto consistently provided during my business trips to Rome, reaffirming why I always preferred him as my chauffeur.
