Check and share the service status in real-time
We work every day to offer the best booking tool for all chauffeured transportation for you to offer your clients. Therefore we have added a new feature now available on your Drivania account.
1. SEE THE SERVICE STATUS IN REAL-TIME
Do you want to know if the chauffeur has arrived at the pick-up location? Or, if the passenger is already on board? Now you can check all this information in real-time by clicking on the “See service status” button available on every booking listed on your “My rides” page.
You will be able to see the following stages:
– Chauffeur on location
– Passenger on board
- Service completed
* Remember to add the passenger’s phone number when booking the ride. We will send an SMS to the passenger with the chauffeur contact details. This SMS will be sent prior the pick-up time.
2. SHARE THIS INFORMATION
Share the information with the people involved; the passenger’s personal assistant, hotel reception, flight crew and dispatcher (in case of a private flight), etc.
Use the “Share” button on the upper right side of the screen to share the information with the person involved in the ride. Fill in the blanks with the full name and email of the person who you want to share the information with.
* The person who you are sharing the information with will receive and email with an access code exclusively to the page where the status bar is. This information will only be available for the person you are giving access to.
